We are a company specializing in the processing and manufacturing of building materials. Due to business expansion, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Workshop Staff to join our team in Calgary.

This position is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, proactive, physically fit, and eager to grow within a supportive and stable company.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责：
- Assist in the setup and organization of workshop materials and equipment.
协助准备与整理车间材料和设备。
- Operate or assist with machinery such as forklifts (training provided if needed).
协助操作叉车等设备（如无经验可提供培训）。
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
保持工作环境整洁、安全、有序。
- Follow instructions from supervisors and cooperate with team members.
听从主管安排，与团队协作完成任务。
- Identify and troubleshoot minor issues in daily workflow.
能主动发现并解决日常工作中的小问题。
- Take initiative and be willing to take on responsibilities.
主动承担职责，具备责任心与协作精神。
Requirements | 任职要求：
- Preferred male candidates, due to the physical nature of the job.
最好为男性，因部分工作涉及体力操作。
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and basic English.
会说中文，具备基础英文沟通能力。
- Previous workshop or warehouse experience preferred.
有车间或仓库相关经验者优先。
- Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
身体健康，能长时间站立、搬运物品。
- Forklift license or experience is a strong asset.
有叉车操作证或经验者优先。
- Willing to learn forklift operation and take on new responsibilities.
愿意学习叉车操作，并愿意承担更多工作内容。
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire for long-term growth.
工作踏实认真、态度积极，有长期发展的意愿。

- Starting Rate | 起薪：$18/hour（试用期3个月）
