Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology. This job is only on commission. We are located in one of the busiest intersections in Toronto. Lots of potential customers. The more you sell the more you earn.
Duties
- Diagnose & repair phones/tablets (screens, batteries, software, etc.)
- Data recovery
- Keep accurate repair records
- Provide clear, friendly customer service
- Sell and activate Koodo Mobile plans
- Assist with in-store sales of phones & accessories
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- maximize sales since this job is commission-based sales
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience as a Mobile Phone Technician or in a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software systems.
- Familiarity with various brands and models of mobile devices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
Schedule: Monday–Friday + Weekends as needed
