Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software to contribute effectively to our team.
Duties / Qualifications
- Greet visitors and clients in the showroom with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks
- Handle filing, document management, and organization of office records
- Registration of boats with Service Canada and trailers with Service Ontario
- Register warranty for boats, motors and trailers with respective manufacturers
- Process warranty claims
- Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning and mailing documents
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail are required
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative certifications are a plus
Saturdays are required
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
