Job Summary
We are a small custom cabinet company looking for a reliable, hardworking full-time entry level team member to assist in our shop. This position involves assembling cabinet boxes, preparing doors and parts for finishing, and supporting daily production in a fast-paced woodworking environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble cabinet boxes and components
- Prep cabinet doors and parts for the spray booth
- Sanding, cleaning, masking, and organizing materials
- Load, move, and lift cabinet parts and sheets as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general shop duties and production support
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be capable of lifting heavy materials safely
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
