Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Senior HVAC Technician to lead the maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across diverse commercial and industrial settings. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating equipment, ventilation fans, and related mechanical components.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work on HVAC equipment following schematics and technical manuals.
- Conduct plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as pipe fittings, drainage, and water supply lines.
- Execute welding procedures for system repairs or modifications using appropriate techniques and safety standards.
- Maintain boilers by inspecting pressure vessels, burners, controls, and safety devices to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute system upgrades or repairs.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot appliance issues or mechanical failures in HVAC-related equipment.
- Support construction projects by installing ductwork, piping systems, or mechanical components as needed.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and industry standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Document all maintenance activities thoroughly in logs and reports for future reference and compliance purposes.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC mechanic or technician with a strong background in mechanical systems maintenance and repair.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems including refrigeration cycles, air handlers, condensers, evaporators, and controls.
- Skilled in plumbing techniques relevant to HVAC applications such as pipe threading, soldering, and leak detection.
- Familiarity with boiler operation, troubleshooting, and safety procedures is highly desirable.
- Ability to read complex schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Construction experience involving ductwork installation or mechanical system integration is a plus.
- Previous appliance repair experience related to commercial or industrial equipment is advantageous.

Pay: $38.00-$40.00 per hour
