We are seeking a dedicated and motivated BOH (Back of House) Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and delivering high-quality food service. Duties
- Assist with food preparation and cooking to meet quality standards
- Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and specifications
- Support the kitchen team in meal assembly and plating
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and work stations
- Ensure timely completion of tasks during busy service hours
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service flow
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently and accurately
- Strong understanding of meal preparation and cooking techniques
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic understanding of the food industry standards and customer service principles
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
