Responsibilities
- Assemble, disassemble, and repair watches with meticulous attention to detail.
- Inspect watch components for quality and functionality, ensuring all parts meet industry standards.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary adjustments or replacements.
- Restore vintage or damaged watches to their original condition through careful craftsmanship.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and work performed for each timepiece.
- Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and ensure quality control.
- Stay updated on the latest watchmaking techniques, tools, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in watchmaking or horology, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Knowledge of mechanical and quartz watch movements, tools, and repair techniques.
- Excellent manual dexterity and steady hand-eye coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision craftsmanship.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
