Are you passionate about helping parents and parents-to-be during some of the most vulnerable, transformative seasons of their lives? Do you feel called to support people as they move through fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the beautiful, messy realities of early parenthood? If yes… we’d love to meet you.
The Perinatal Collective is growing, and we’re looking for a warm, grounded, and client-centred Registered Social Worker or Registered Psychotherapist who is fully qualified and licensed to support clients living in Ontario.
In this role, you’ll support people across the perinatal spectrum via online video-based therapy, from people on a fertility journey, to hopeful or expectant parents, to new moms and dads finding their footing, to caregivers navigating identity shifts, relationship changes, grief, trauma, and the many complexities that come with raising tiny humans.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about perinatal mental health and supporting parents through real-life challenges
- Values trauma-informed, inclusive, culturally-humble care
- Loves working alongside a collaborative, heart-led team
- Is excited to hold space for clients who are seeking therapy that feels validating and human
If you’re a Registered Social Worker or Registered Psychotherapist who believes that parents deserve support too, and that early parenthood is both profoundly beautiful and profoundly hard, we’d be honoured to hear from you.
Who We Are
The Perinatal Collective is a Canada-wide team of therapists offering individual, couples, and group support for parents and parents-to-be. We specialize in this chapter of life because the experiences of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood come with unique challenges that deserve specialized care.

We’re excited to grow our team and welcome another therapist to help us support families across ON.

- Join our team for monthly meetings that include case consultation, connection, and ongoing professional development.
- Create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings, understand patterns, and move toward meaningful change.
- Offer education and practical strategies to support parents through common perinatal challenges, including PMADs, identity shifts, mental load, relationship changes, parenting roles, and more.
- Develop thoughtful, personalized treatment plans grounded in your clinical expertise and clients’ goals.
- Maintain clear, confidential documentation in line with professional and organizational standards.
- Stay current on research and best practices in perinatal and relationship counselling so your work is informed, effective, and client-centered.
