About the position:
TNL Manufacturing is seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborer's to assist our team during an exciting transition to our new manufacturing facility. This role involves physically demanding work, including moving equipment, materials, and supporting general shop clean-up and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with moving tools, machinery, and materials to the new shop location
- Remove materials and relocate to designated areas
- Support with organizing and setting up the new shop layout
- Perform general laborer duties including cleaning, lifting, and material handling
- Follow all safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE
Qualifications:
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction
- Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
