Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This is a flexible position and work can be done on a schedule that works for you. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for side income for now, with lots of opportunity to grow and enhance skills.
We are a start up company looking for help with hours starting at 5-10 per week. The opportunity for more hours will come as we grow.
The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration and possess excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize Google Suite or similar tools for office tasks
- Familiarity with productivity software and applications
Experience:
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of general office procedures and basic accounting principles

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
