Gangster Enterprises Ltd is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our head office located in Calgary, AB.
Gangster Enterprises Ltd is a leader in supplying Rig Water and Vacuum Truck services to the Alberta Oilfield Industry. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team.
Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations of our Calgary office, including accounting, administration, and financial tasks.
- Process and record accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Manage documentation for trucks and trailers, including registration and maintenance records.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Office Administration, Payroll, Accounts Receivable/Payables, and comprehensive understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience with Simply Accounting and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Post-secondary education in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
- Previous experience in the Trucking and/or Oil and Gas Service Industry considered an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
