We need someone who we can all get along with, organized and hard working. We need someone to help organize material into the inventory, prepare materials for installation crews and unload shipments.
We are a growing company so hours and pay have room to grow along with the role to meet the companies needs.
Company culture is KEY here so we need an individual that we all enjoy working with. The warehouse operator/manager will be working along side upper management often.
Having experience with tools, wrapping skids, pump trucks and forklifts is a must! Any past experience for warehouse organization or management is a bonus!
BE ABLE TO LIFT 55lbs over and over for when re-stacking rubber pallets!
Duties
- Manage overall warehouse operations including inventory control, order picking, packaging, and shipping/receiving activities.
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, fostering a team-oriented environment while ensuring safety compliance and productivity standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and purchasing departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock and optimal inventory levels.
- Oversee the use of forklifts and other heavy lifting equipment, ensuring safe operation and compliance with safety protocols.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in supply chain management and warehouse distribution workflows.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, warehouse management systems, and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience operating forklifts and other heavy lifting equipment safely.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
