As a Service Support Associate reporting to the Practice Leader, Organizational Health, you will provide in-house client service and administrative support to our Organizational Health Consultants. With a focus on customer service, well-developed communication skills and excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, you will also communicate verbally and in writing with plan administrators as well as advisors in the course of supporting this team, as well as prepare disability and wellness related materials to support our employee benefits business.
Assisting the Organizational Health Team with preparation of trend reports, meeting materials, proposals, presentation materials, etc.
Interacting with Group Disability, head office departments, Account Managers, Service Representatives and others, as directed by the Organizational Health Consultants
Creation of client correspondence, process guides, data requests, etc.
Provide other administrative support as needed to enhance the client experience, and provide for an efficient and effective operating Organizational Health Team.
Develop and maintain electronic resource files, coordinate booking of meetings, technology, catering, etc.
Other tasks as directed by the Organizational Health Team (Organizational Health Consultants and Organizational Health Specialist)
Qualifications and Competencies:
Well-developed customer service skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Requires excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint, One Drive, One Note, etc.) would be an asset
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Attention to detail key
Good problem solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Knowledge of the group insurance industry would be an asset
Knowledge of French would be an asset
