We currently have an opening at our busy Barrie location as a New Truck Sales Coordinator.
About the Role
The primary function of the New Truck Sales Coordinator is to provide staff support to the New Truck Sales Team in the administration of day-to-day activities.
This position reports directly to the New Truck Admin Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain the dealer business system and CRM with all pertinent information related to the trucks sold or truck inventory
- Maintain all truck sales documentation, including stock and customer orders, pre-bills and licensing/titling
- Prepare all commission reports for month end processing
- Coordinate and communicate with Kenworth on order status of new trucks
- Prepare and track all credit requests and rebates that the New Truck Department is entitled to
- Maintain records on the management of truck sales activities including customer files, sales reports, current inventory records, and New Truck Department reports to executive management
- Maintain and follow up with all extended warranties purchased with a New Truck
- Liaison between New Truck Sales Department and all other Departments
- Dispatch any truck transfers required for the Truck Sales Department
- Respond to all e-mail inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment as per section 28 Occupational health and Safety Act: Workers Responsibilities
