We are excited to announce that we are seeking a Labourer to join our team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on work sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. As a labourer, you will assist our plumbing team in various tasks to ensure smooth project operations.
Duties:
- Perform physical labor on construction sites such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas
- Dig trenches and excavate areas as required for plumbing projects
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and waste materials
- Operate hand tools and machinery under supervision and with appropriate training
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Support skilled tradesmen as needed with specialized tasks
- Gain exposure and experience within the plumbing and HVAC world while assisting with various projects
Experience:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
- Experience working with concrete is a great asset
Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
