Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff. This role is essential in ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all guests and employees.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the appearance of vehicles on the lot, including washing, vacuuming, and detailing as needed
- Assist with parking, retrieving, and organizing vehicles to ensure efficient lot flow
- Maintain cleanliness of the lot area, including trash removal and sweeping walkways
- Monitor the lot for safety hazards or maintenance issues and report them promptly
- Support inventory management by tracking vehicle locations and conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with vehicle maintenance and lot organization
- Valid driver's license is mandatory
