Job Overview
We are a leading supplier of custom sports uniforms, team apparel, corporate wear, and other custom apparel. We’re looking for an Operations Manager who is passionate about and committed to delivering exceptional service. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our teamwear eCommerce operations, production (including embroidery, screen printing, heat press, and design), fulfillment, warehouse operations, and inventory execution. You will lead both our Customer Fulfillment and Production teams to ensure every order is delivered accurately, profitably, and on time.

They are highly organized, comfortable using systems and tools, able to manage multiple priorities, and can work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations across eCommerce, production, fulfillment, warehouse, and inventory
· Ensure all customer orders are delivered accurately, on time, and within margin targets
· Manage production and fulfillment workflows to optimize efficiency and turnaround times
· Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee purchasing execution to prevent shortages and overstock
· Monitor operational performance using data and KPIs to identify issues and drive improvements
· Lead and support the Customer Fulfillment and Production teams to ensure strong execution
· Collaborate with sales, design, and leadership teams to align on priorities and demand
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and production environment
Qualifications & Experience
· Prior experience in operations, production, fulfillment, or warehouse management, preferably in retail, apparel, or a high-volume environment
· Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and develop teams
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Experience using data and systems (e.g., Shopify, inventory or production tools, Microsoft Office) is an asset
· Proven ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced setting
· Ability to manage large order volumes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
· Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and a focus on continuous improvement
· Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams
