We specialize in crafting exceptional cruise vacations, focusing on family travel, luxury suite bookings, and comprehensive, one-stop travel coordination that includes flights, global hotel accommodations, and shore excursions. We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate professional to help our clients explore the world by sea.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation and process sales for major global ocean and river cruise lines, including Royal Caribbean, Princess Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, MSC Cruises, Viking, and luxury brands.
- Design and coordinate customized end-to-end travel itineraries for clients, managing cruise reservations (with a focus on luxury suites), flight ticketing, pre/post-cruise hotel stays, and private shore excursions.
- Manage post-booking customer service, including handling booking modifications, processing cruise credit transfers, and liaising with cruise line customer relations to advocate for clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the travel industry is required; specific experience in cruise ticketing and familiarity with cruise line booking portals is a strong asset.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to identify client needs and curate tailored travel experiences.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing complex bookings and itinerary logistics.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is required to effectively serve our diverse clientele.

- 提供優質的售後服務，包括處理訂單更改、協助客戶轉換等相關服務，並代表客戶與郵輪公司客服部門進行有效溝通。
- 維護並建立長期的客戶關係，提升客戶滿意度與忠誠度。
崗位要求
- 具備旅遊行業相關工作經驗；擁有郵輪銷售經驗及熟悉各大郵輪預訂系統者將獲優先考慮。
- 具備出色的客戶服務意識、溝通技巧及銷售能力，能準確捕捉並滿足客戶的個性化旅遊需求。
- 工作細心嚴謹，具備良好的組織能力，能妥善處理複雜的行程物流及訂單細節。
- 中英文流利（具備良好的英語及國語/粵語溝通能力），以應對多元化的客戶群體。
