Our Schedulers have an important role in our team and Healthcare and Support staffs scheduling. Adapt and adjust to changes to the schedule are key to manage.

Demonstrate a strong capacity to problem solve and work through difficult situations professionally and tactfully.
Able to identify and communicate opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Experience in Advanced Tracker scheduling system is an asset
Strong communication, organizational, time management, collaboration and problem solving skills are required
Attention to detail for invoicing and payroll accuracy
Ability in working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $40,000.00 per year
- Advance Tracker System: 1 year (Preferred)
- Scheduling in Healthcare Setting: 1 year (Preferred)
