What You'll Do
As an Office Administrator / Transaction Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of one of Northern Ontario's leading real estate brokerages.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing real estate transactions from start to finish
- Reviewing and entering data with a high level of accuracy
- Calculating commissions and preparing commission statements
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Communicating with lawyers, agents, clients, and other brokerages
- Maintaining electronic records and transaction files
- Supporting compliance and administrative processes
- Assisting with payroll and financial reporting tasks
- Contributing to the smooth operation of the brokerage office

- Previous office administration experience
- Experience in real estate, legal, banking, or professional services environments
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems
