Whistler Connection is hiring Shuttle Supervisors to help lead our team of five-star Drivers.

Part time and Full time position available.

Early Morning, Day Time, Evening and Overnight Shifts Available.

**Key Requirement - You must have a BC Class 4 unrestricted Licence**

Reports to: Operations Manager

Position Overview

The Shuttle Supervisors play a key role in organizing the operation of all Whistler Connection vehicles on the road and overseeing the drivers operating within the Whistler area. Shuttle Supervisors are integral to ensuring the smooth and on time arrival and departure of all Whistler Connection vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Update Whistler Connection grid sheets prior to vehicle departures to check for changes and alter departure plans as needed.

Manage the Whistler Connection “Hot Line” cell phone to handle emergency and non-emergency communications from Dispatch, Reservations, clients and guests as required.

Supervise shuttle staff within Whistler Village and provide advance and on the spot directions as to their required movements.

Shuttle passengers and luggage as required from guest private home pick ups or hotels to the vehicle in which they will travel down to Vancouver in.

Monitor Whistler Connection departure sheets, supervise their departure shuttles if required, and help alleviate any confusion between Whistler Connection departing passengers.

Ensure shuttle staff are properly presented and carry out their duties in a professional and efficient manner.

In case of vehicle accidents by any shuttle staff, ensure a report is filed and delivered to the Operations Manager or Maintenance Manager.

Supervise ticketing staff and ensure they have all paperwork for subcontractor departures and are transported between vehicles as required

Manage booking changes and updated via the companies booking system.
