What You Wil Do

Ensure CCG’s IT asset lifecycle process is followed, including ordering, asset tagging, record collection, and disposal

Responsible for imaging and deploying PCs (physical computers and virtual machines) to Associates based on assigned tickets and project requirements

Coordinate with vendors throughout asset and peripheral lifecycle stages: procurement, delivery, maintenance, and decommissioning

Track warranties, coordinate repairs, and oversee secure disposal (e.g., data wiping, recycling)
-
Maintain accurate asset records in a CMDB and be able to ultilize Asset discovery tools like SCCM and Intune

Monitor physical and digital asset locations and conditions at both the head office and satellite locations. This includes CCG assets and equipment used remotely by Associates

Conduct quarterly or annual audits to ensure inventory accuracy

Track software license assignments and removals, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and internal policies

Handle asset-related service requests and ensure timely resolution
-
Support the re-imaging of retrieved computers, ensuring they are properly configured, cleaned, and packaged for reuse or redeployment

Maintain SOPs and asset handling guides.Assist Associates via phone or tickets using Service Management tool for PC-related issues

Support asset provisioning and recovery during employee transitions

Using Power BI dashboards to analyze asset status and software utilization
-
Other duties as required

The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Who You Are
-
Completed post secondary education in related information technology field

A minimum of 3 years experience within a customer service oriented information technology role
-
ITIL 4 Foundation Certification, Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP) an asset
-
Experience working with Microsoft Configuration manager and Autopilot deployments
-
Knowledge of IT Service Management and IT Asset Management Tools
-
Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel and using Power BI reports
-
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30lbs
-
Availability to work fully in office
