Position Summary:
Our HRBPs work in partnership with executives to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle–related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching. In support of our HR team, you will use advanced professional HR concepts to provide guidance to all levels within the organization, utilizing specialized human resources expertise within area of responsibility to resolve highly complex issues.

What will your job entail?
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to the multiple departments and leaders as it relates to the Human Resources needs and objectives of those areas.
- Establishes and develops a pro-active relationship and communication channels with the leadership team and employees.
- Communicates and ensures compliance with various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws and Company programs.
- Track relevant metrics and analytics to report on the impact/results of talent-related services deployed in assigned customer departments.
- Partners with HR leadership, and or facility leadership, and or legal, to facilitate resolution of employee relations issues, corrective action/coaching, support payroll related issues, and any other areas of opportunity relating to Human Resources services and products.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee relations records as per company policy and legal requirements.
Work Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Specialist or HRBP Role.
- Broad technical HR knowledge from employment law to talent management, training, and change management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to leverage data available to understand challenges and drive initiatives.
Ability to build business partnerships throughout the organization by demonstrating an understanding of business fundamentals and decision-making processes.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work independently and autonomously.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Licenses & Certifications:
- SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) or PHR (Professional in Human Resources) a plus.
