About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on individual to join our growing home staging team. This is a physically active role that requires strong spatial awareness, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Travel across the GTA to set up staging projects according to designers’ direction.
- Execute staging layouts accurately and ensure a clean, appealing final presentation.
- Efficiently manage and organize inventory, tracking items and maintaining order during staging and de-staging.
- Handle furniture and décor items with care, using logic and space planning to optimize arrangement.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure timelines and standards are met.
- Work quickly under time constraints without compromising quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (required).
- Strong spatial and visual organization skills.
- Ability to plan and execute tasks with a logical and detail-focused mindset.
- High physical energy; able to lift, carry, and staging items as needed.
- Experience in staging, interior design, logistics, or warehouse/inventory roles is an asset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is an asset.
