Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Residential Construction Supervisor to lead and manage residential construction projects. Duties
- Supervise workers and projects
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities
- Train or arrange for training
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Direct and control daily operations
Skills
- Extensive experience in construction site management within residential building projects
- Strong understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling techniques
- Ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for quality control and attention to detail
