What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive sales, retail sales or hospitality;
- Valid driver's license;
- Bilingual (English and French) will be considered an asset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic;
- Customer-focused mindset;
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented;
- Reliable, responsible, and professional;
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills;

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing and leasing process;
- Develop and maintain product knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles;
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options;
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers;
- Manage prospecting and lead follow-up activities;
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives;
- Complete detailed customer follow-up and CRM documentation;
- Participate in dealership sales initiatives and events;
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before and after the sale.
