We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Secretary to provide administrative and office support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the office operates smoothly by managing communications, coordinating schedules, and supporting daily operations.

Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence

Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations

Organize meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes

Maintain filing systems (paper and digital) and office records

Assist with travel arrangements and logistics as needed

Greet and support visitors in a professional manner

Order and track office supplies and inventory

Support general office operations and administrative procedures

Assist with onboarding processes for new staff

Liaise with vendors and service providers (e.g., IT, facilities, catering)

Provide general administrative support to staff and management

Perform other related duties as assigned
