Job Description:
Are you a passionate and results-driven sales professional? Join World Meats Inc. as an Outside Sales Representative (Toronto Region) and play a key role in driving the growth of our company by building strong relationships and delivering top-quality meat products to our customers across the Toronto Region.
Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and utilizing social media platforms.
- Present, promote, and sell a variety of premium meat products to prospective and existing customers using persuasive and tailored sales techniques.
- Develop and maintain positive, long-term business relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets within specified timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and territory potential to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, customer feedback, and market analyses to management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar sales role, preferably in the food or meat industry.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the unique needs of each customer.
- Highly organized, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving under pressure.
- Willingness to travel across the Toronto Region to meet customers and close deals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the meat industry, including product types and customer preferences, is a strong advantage.
