Minimum Qualifications
- Hold a valid Alberta Security Services License or be eligible and willing to obtain one immediately.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence with reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent observation, communication, and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Job Requirements
- Work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to work extended hours and overtime when operationally necessary.
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of assigned properties.
- Complete detailed daily activity reports and incident reports.
- Enforce site policies and procedures while providing outstanding customer service.
- Respond calmly and professionally to emergency situations.
- Liaise with clients, emergency services, and law enforcement when required.
- Maintain professionalism at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous security, law enforcement, military, or emergency services experience is considered an asset.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.
