Help Great Work Happen
Some people love the spotlight.
You love making sure the spotlight turns on.
At Direct Focus, Account Coordinators are the operational backbone of our Client Experience team. You're the person who keeps projects moving, information organized, details accurate, and teams aligned. You help turn complexity into clarity and ensure client commitments become reality.
This role isn't about being an administrator.
It's about becoming a future client leader.
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how strong client relationships are built from the inside out.
If you're the kind of person who notices the thing everyone else missed, enjoys creating clarity, consistency, and momentum, and takes pride in helping teams succeed, we'd love to meet you.
