We are seeking a certified Medical Aesthetician whose primary responsibility will be performing high-quality facial and aesthetic treatments.
The ideal candidate is skilled, caring, professional, and passionate about building strong relationships with clients. You will help clients feel comfortable and confident by providing consistent results, honest guidance, and attentive care throughout their treatment journey.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality facial and medical-aesthetic treatments according to company protocols, training, and professional standards.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand skin concerns, treatment goals, medical history, and possible contraindications.
- Assess each client’s skin and develop appropriate, personalized treatment recommendations.
- Build trust and long-term commitment with clients through honest communication, excellent treatment results, and consistent follow-up care.
- Create a comfortable, professional, and welcoming treatment experience during every appointment.
- Clearly explain treatment procedures, expected results, possible side effects, aftercare instructions, and realistic timelines.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when appropriate.
- Encourage clients to remain consistent with their recommended treatment plans and skincare routines without using high-pressure sales tactics.
- Perform treatment follow-ups to check client satisfaction, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, consent forms, treatment notes, progress photographs, and relevant medical information.
- Identify contraindications and follow all safety protocols before proceeding with treatments.
- Maintain clean, organized, sanitized, and fully prepared treatment rooms.
- Properly clean, disinfect, and maintain treatment equipment after every appointment.
- Follow all company policies, health and safety requirements, infection-control standards, and treatment protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the retail and client-service team to ensure a smooth experience from the initial consultation through treatment and follow-up.
- Assist with opening, closing, and basic operational duties when required.
- Stay current on skincare ingredients, treatment technologies, industry developments, and professional best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Contribute to social media content when appropriate, including educational videos, treatment demonstrations, and approved before-and-after results.
Requirements
- Medical Aesthetician certification recognized in Ontario (required)
- Minimum one year of experience working as a Medical Aesthetician (required)
- Strong hands-on treatment skills and a thorough understanding of facial and aesthetic procedures
- Strong understanding of skin conditions, contraindications, treatment safety, sanitation, and aftercare
- Genuine passion for delivering excellent treatments and helping clients achieve visible results
- Ability to build trust and develop long-term professional relationships with clients

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
