We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using clinical expertise and diagnostic tools such as CAD systems.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including restorative, cosmetic, preventive, and pediatric procedures.
- Utilize dental software such as Abeldent for charting, scheduling, billing, and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance treatment quality.
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, including infection control standards and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school; valid state license required.
- Experience with dental office management software such as Abeldent; familiarity with Epic is a plus.
- Prior experience working with pediatric patients is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM technology is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain treatment options clearly to patients of all ages.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail and patient comfort.
