About the Role
We are looking for a dependable Overnight Team Member to work alone from 9:15 p.m. to 6:15 a.m., focusing on drive‑thru service and cleaning tasks. This role is critical to providing great guest service at night and ensuring the restaurant is clean, stocked, and ready for the next day.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently overnight, managing the drive‑thru and cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
- Greet each guest with a friendly, professional attitude and take accurate drive‑thru orders.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to Tim Hortons standards.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately and securely.
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks (dining area, washrooms, back of house, equipment, floors, garbage/recycling).
- Restock products and supplies for the next day (cups, lids, condiments, baked goods, food prep items as directed).
- Follow all food safety and health and safety procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Lock up, secure areas, and follow closing procedures as directed by management.
- Communicate any overnight issues, maintenance needs, or guest concerns to management at the end of the shift.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be able to reliably work 9:15 p.m.–6:15 a.m., including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Strong sense of responsibility and comfort working alone for most of the shift.
- Excellent guest service skills, with a calm and professional approach during busy or late‑night periods.
- Good time‑management and organizational skills to balance drive‑thru service with cleaning and restocking.
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to approximately 25–30 lbs throughout the shift.
- Previous quick service, customer service, or night shift experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
Availability
- Overnight availability for a regular 9:15 p.m.–6:15 a.m. shift.
- Flexibility for additional overnight shifts during busy periods is an asset.
