ABOUT THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a reliable and physically strong General Labourer to join our team. This role involves continuous physical work and heavy lifting at the job site. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to handle demanding tasks throughout the shift.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Perform general labour duties as assigned at the work site
- Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50–70 lbs on a regular basis
- Load and unload products, equipment, and materials
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and production tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and workplace procedures
- Support team members and supervisors as needed
REQUIREMENTS / CERTIFICATIONS
- Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly during the shift
- Physically fit and capable of performing continuous manual work
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
- Previous general labour or warehouse experience is an asset
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Physically demanding environment
- Exposure to varying temperatures depending on the work site
- Fast-paced setting with repetitive tasks
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday: Day and afternoon shift
