Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Physiotherapist with strong expertise in manual therapy and joint mobilization to join our growing team in Oakville and/or Bolton, Ontario.
This opportunity is ideal for a confident clinician who enjoys delivering one-on-one, hands-on care and is looking to build and manage an active caseload within a supportive and professional clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver skilled manual therapy and joint mobilization techniques.
- Design and progress exercise-based rehabilitation programs to optimize long-term outcomes.
- Manage a caseload consisting primarily of private and Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (HCAI experience is considered an asset).
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills with demonstrated competency in manual therapy and joint mobilization.
- Confident providing one-on-one, hands-on treatment.
- Ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
- Experience treating MVA patients is an asset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
