Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Administration & Culture Coordinator & Technical Support Coordinator to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. This versatile role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing administrative, technical, and customer service skills within a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support office operations, foster a positive workplace culture, and assist with technical support tasks. Prior experience in office environments or related fields is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assist with filing, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Support organizational initiatives aimed at enhancing company culture and employee engagement
- Offer technical support for office equipment and basic troubleshooting of software or hardware issues
- Manage customer support inquiries via phone or email, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing and expense tracking as needed
- Assist with medical or dental office administrative tasks if applicable, including appointment scheduling and patient record management
Requirements
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic QuickBooks knowledge preferred
- Prior clerical or administrative experience is advantageous; familiarity with data entry, filing, and proofreading is desired
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and manage front desk responsibilities effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks including typing and data management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in supporting office functions
- Previous experience in medical or dental offices is a plus but not required; willingness to learn new skills is essential

Pay: $45,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
