Job Summary

As a Tattoo Artist, you will work closely with clients to bring their visions to life while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety. Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their tattoo ideas, preferences, and design specifications
- Create custom tattoo designs that meet client expectations while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Operate tattoo equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are properly sterilized
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the tattoo process and aftercare instructions
- Promote studio services, including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and other beauty treatments when appropriate
- Assist with retail sales of studio products such as skincare items, aftercare products, and beauty accessories
- Engage in guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit
- Participate in product demos or promotional events to showcase studio offerings and upsell additional services
Skills
- Strong artistic ability with proficiency in drawing and design software preferred
- Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with clients and explain procedures clearly
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards specific to tattooing and body art
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Experience or interest in retail sales, upselling, and product demos to enhance client experience and studio revenue
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments and managing client records
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail and cleanliness
