Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve company goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a unified approach to meeting client needs
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress and report on key metrics
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices
Job Types: Casual, Freelance
Pay: $22.00-$31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
