What You'll Do
- Clean residential homes to our professional standards
- Travel between client homes throughout the day
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain high attention to detail
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with insurance
- Comfortable working around cats and dogs
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)
- Dependable and punctual
- Able to communicate in English
- Available to work weekday daytime hours

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning
- Handle laundry and linen services as needed
- Prepare and organize cleaning supplies and equipment for each job
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring client satisfaction with each visit
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly in English; French language skills are a plus
- Basic cooking skills are desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and household organization
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between client locations as needed
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
