Fluid Pumping Supervisor

We're seeking Fluid Pumping Supervisors for our Clairmont location. This position will require 15-6 rotation. We offer competitive wages, a team atmosphere, and a full benefit package.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Supervising the operation of and inspecting pumping and wellhead equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Uses in-depth knowledge and understanding to properly operate and maintain electrical panels, gas engines, testers, phase separators, water knock outs, heaters and stock tank, and all other wellhead equipment and compressors on sites.
- Possesses in-depth understanding of how to fix, repair or adjust equipment to retain or recover lost production.
- Follows all standard shipping practices and procedures with full compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including additional transportation routing and scheduling requirements. Verifies and documents identity and quantity of all equipment.
- Provides support to crew members with operations on and off of location as directed.
- Performs operations at a customer's well location with exposure to inclement weather and confined spaces.
- Completes all job related paperwork, driver’s logs, and vehicle inspection reports; Fills out time sheets, daily work sheets, etc.
- Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots equipment including diagnostics. May perform minor repairs as needed per supervision and/or liaise with technicians on other equipment failure.
- Monitors, evaluates, and adjusts processes or equipment to maximize quality and efficiency. Tasks are performed in accordance with applicable safety guidelines, as well as appropriate industry standards.
- Learns and follows all employer's HSE policies at all times; attends all required safety meetings.
- Knows and uses appropriate PPE at all times.
- Drives Company vehicles over various types of road conditions and terrain, including highways, rural roads including paved and gravel surfaces, and off road situations including two track roads.
- Subject to call out during off duty times. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Education
Work Experience: 2+ years
Relevant Oilfield Experience considered an asset
Related Experience:
- Valid class 1 licence
- Acceptable driving history
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Operation of heavy equipment or operation of vehicles: Frequently
