Group Music Lessons Teacher
As a Group Music Lessons Teacher at the Cosmo School of Music, your primary responsibility is to inspire a deep love for music in your students and help them achieve their musical goals through engaging and dynamic group instruction. You will be working with students of all ages in our flagship group programs: Music Discovery and Group Piano, as well as in camp settings, using our proprietary curriculum to guide their learning experience.
You will provide engaging, comprehensive instruction in piano, voice, and other instruments, helping students develop key musical skills, including repertoire, theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm, and improvisation. In these group settings, you will also foster teamwork, creativity, and a positive learning environment that encourages students to collaborate, express themselves, and build confidence.
Programs You'll be Teaching:
Group Piano
Our Group Piano program introduces students to the fundamentals of piano playing in a fun, collaborative environment where they can learn alongside their peers. Students will learn essential skills such as note reading, rhythm, and technique while experiencing the joy of making music together.
Music Discovery
The Music Discovery program is designed to give students an opportunity to explore multiple instruments and develop foundational music skills through engaging activities. By experimenting with different instruments, students can discover their interests and talents while building a solid musical foundation in a playful and supportive setting.
Music Camps
Our Camps provide an immersive experience where students can further their musical knowledge and make lasting connections through hands-on learning and group activities. These camps are designed to be fun, interactive, and educational, offering students the chance to dive deep into music while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow young musicians.
