We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Admissions Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising prospective students, understanding their education and career goals, and providing professional guidance throughout the application process.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with clients. You will work closely with students and families to help them explore suitable education pathways and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with program selection, application processes, and documentation preparation
- Communicate with students through phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Achieve enrollment targets through effective consultation and customer service
- Stay updated on education programs, admission requirements, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Previous experience in admissions, education consulting, sales, customer service, or related fields is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English and Chinese ; additional languages (French) are an asset
- Experience working with international students is an advantage
