Job Description
We are hiring a confident, high-calibre Maintenance Coordinator / Crib Attendant to support day-to-day manufacturing operations by owning the maintenance workflow, spare parts crib, work order accuracy, and key documentation supporting the Pouring Department.

What You’ll Do - Keep production moving. Own the details that protect uptime.
Maintenance Department (Coordination + Crib)
- Maintain and control spare parts and maintenance supplies (min/max, reorder points, vendor details, costs, and quantities)
- Keep accurate work order records for plant assets (update, close completed work orders daily)
- Support maintenance workflow by monitoring priorities, parts availability, and schedule readiness
- Set up and maintain preventative maintenance schedules; ensure records are current and complete
- Prepare shipping/transfer documentation; arrange couriers or trucking as needed
- Conduct physical inventory counts, reconcile variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Enter maintenance timesheets and support reporting to the corporate office
- Identify process improvements to reduce downtime, control cost, and improve safety
Pouring Department (Documentation + Chemical Inventory)
- Track chemical receipts and consumption in SAP/PSM (or similar system); maintain accurate records
- Conduct chemical inventory checks; reconcile discrepancies
- Review, file, and maintain pouring documentation for traceability and compliance
What You Bring
- 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance coordination, crib/inventory, or production support
- SAP experience is a strong asset (inventory movements, receipts, consumption, transactions)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong organization, follow-through, and comfort with documentation and data accuracy
- Clear communicator; able to work well with maintenance, production, and leadership
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
