Gardener – Collingwood Area | Full-Time | Seasonal
About Us Horizon Property Management is a growing lawn care and property maintenance company serving the Collingwood and Blue Mountains area. We're a small, hardworking team that takes pride in doing the job right — and we're looking for someone who feels the same way.
The Role This is a full-time, outdoor position running Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, through the end of the season in November. You'll be caring for garden beds and landscapes across residential properties — work that takes a good eye, attention to detail, and someone who's just as comfortable working on their own as part of a crew. If you love being outside and take pride in leaving a property looking sharp, this is the job for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Garden bed maintenance: weeding, edging, and mulching
- Pruning shrubs and trimming bushes
- Planting and seasonal garden care
- Sod installation
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Operating and maintaining equipment safely
- Working both independently and alongside the team
What We're Looking For
- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
- Comfortable working independently and in tandem with a crew
- Valid Ontario G license and reliable personal vehicle
- Located within 45 minutes of Collingwood
- Available through the full season, Monday to Friday, including holidays when needed
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work
