From family play to curated DJ evenings, PinPointe delivers next-level social entertainment, day or night.
Job Purpose
To support the FOH team while delivering a warm, polished first impression and ensuring smooth service flow.
Host Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage seating charts, reservations, and waitlists.
- Strategically seat guests to optimize experience and flow.
- Guide guests through the venue and gaming system.
Server Assistant Responsibilities
- Run food, clear tables, and reset sections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout FOH.
- Assist with glassware, restocking, and service support.
- Anticipate guest needs and enhance service flow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hosting or bussing roles.
- Friendly, professional, guest‑focused demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
