As a key member of the Lexus of Calgary team and reporting to the Sales Manager, the Internet Sales Specialist serves as a bridge between online customers and the sales department, converting digital inquiries into appointments and vehicle sales while delivering a luxury customer experience.
Lexus of Calgary is seeking our next great team member to join our team as a full-time Internet Sales Specialist at our Calgary location.
The Internet Sales Representative is responsible for managing online customer inquiries and converting leads into showroom visits and vehicle sales. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver a seamless and professional experience across all digital channels.

Respond to internet leads through email, phone, and SMS in a prompt and professional manner

Engage customers online to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles

Present new and pre-owned vehicles that align with customer preferences and budget

Guide customers from initial inquiry to appointment and vehicle purchase

Schedule showroom visits, test drives, and virtual appointments

Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure a smooth transition from online to in-store

Follow up consistently with leads to build relationships and maximize sales opportunities

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Stay current on Lexus products, programs, and incentives

Deliver a customer experience that reflects Lexus brand standards

Participate in employee orientation and role-specific training

Engage in coaching sessions and hands-on learning

Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to convert leads into appointments and sales

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and digital communication tools

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

AMVIC license required or ability to obtain one
