Saturday Dental Receptionist
Vancouver Stadium Community Dentist is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Saturday Dental Receptionist to join our growing team!

Schedule
- Every Saturday (closed for long weekends)
- Additional weekday coverage may be available for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients with a warm, concierge-level experience.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Process patient payments and invoices.
- Submit insurance claims electronically and follow up on outstanding claims and predeterminations.
- Prepare treatment estimates and discuss financial arrangements with patients.
- Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker software.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dental reception experience.
- Completion of a Dental Reception Coordinator Certificate is preferred.
- Experience using Dental Software is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, claim submissions, predeterminations, estimates, and collections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, professional, and dependable.
