Job Summary
The Branch Manager leads all aspects of branch operations to ensure profitability, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. This role oversees sales, rental operations, fleet management, logistics, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations, including dispatch, customer service, and equipment readiness.
- Ensure rental equipment is properly maintained, repaired, and rental ready.
Financial Management
- Monitor performance metrics, margins, and operational costs.
- Create and Implement strategies to increase operational efficiency.
Sales & Customer Service
- Support outside and inside sales teams with pricing, negotiations, and customer retention.
- Ensure customers receive timely, professional service and solutions for their equipment needs.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and coach branch staff.
- Set performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
- Lead by example and ensure alignment with company values.
Qualifications
- Business, Operations, OR equivalent experience in rental, construction, industrial, or equipment sectors.
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction equipment, industrial tools, or rental operations is an asset.
- Higher end of Salary range will require direct relevant rental industry experience.

Working Conditions
- Onsite majority of the time.
Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
