We are seeking a professional and personable Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. Duties
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials.
- Assist guests with product demos and recommend suitable skincare.
- outstanding guest services by addressing client needs, answering questions, and offering personalized consultations.
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all treatment areas and tools to ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
- Engage in retail sales by upselling products and services to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and handling payments.
- Promote a positive atmosphere through excellent communication skills, hospitality, and attentive customer service.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product offerings to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Valid aesthetician license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa or salon environment.
- Ability to perform retail sales with a focus on upselling products and services.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products.
- Experience working at the front desk or handling guest services is preferred.
