The Position:
We are looking to hire a reliable Forklift Operator/Material Handler for our busy fabrication shop in Nisku. We offer a competitive hourly rate with overtime where applicable, and benefits (after a probationary period).
Employment is Full-Time, Monday-Friday Dayshift with overtime.
Duties include but are not limited to :

Use of Forklift, dollies, and pallet jacks to complete site tasks
-
Maintain forklift upkeep
-
Use of Overhead crane
-
Use of Company provided cell phone (calls, texts and e-mails) to receive tasks throughout the day
-
Moving large crates and spools
-
Loading and Unloading Trucks
-
Dealing with customers
-
Working outside in all weather conditions
-
Emptying of all Bins on Site
-
Emptying of all Garbage’s
-
Basic Daily Site maintenance (shoveling, sweeping and general cleaning)
Job Requirements :
-
Steel toe boots
-
Current Forklift Certificate (2+ years experience)
-
Overhead crane experience an asset
-
Bobcat/zoom-boom experience an asset
-
Reliable Transportation – Located in Nisku

Clear written and verbal communication
-
Shipping receiving experience an asset
-
Computer and inventory software experience an asset

Able to prioritize tasks given
-
Able to work with minimal supervision efficiently
